What is a print?

At its most basic, a print is an image made using some sort of matrix. The print may be repeatable (editionable), but it doesn’t have to be.

Printmaking techiques include screenprinting/serigraphy, intaglio (etching/engraving), monotypes/monoprints, stencils, relief (woodcut/linocut), and lithography.
